I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. The food was excellent, and plentiful.

If I were travelling on business, the rooms do not lend themselves well to business purposes. Luckily, I wasn't, so the decor, mostly aimed at young newlyweds, wasn't bad, just different.

The hotel is well managed, staff courteous and efficient, food choices sumptious, security and of cleaniness .

I am a bit disappointed when my credit card was not approved as a checked-in deposit for the duration of the stay, but when payment is made in full via the same credit card and through the same machine at the hotel (i.e. prior to the duration of the residience), the card payment was approved.This practice is rather unthethical and not in complainace with any other international hotels (check-in practices )which I have stayed.

Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even calling me to confirm my arrival time and any special requests. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I also appreciated the free toiletries and refrigerator available for my use.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, amenities, and exceptional service provided make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Not much basement parking space ... & ramp so steep..

Very good location. Staff are polite, friendly and warm. Hotel condition is as good as a five star hotel & surrounding area is quite. Proximity to Bandung's factory outlets and with transport within reach make this hotel worth staying. Overall, a good experience and will definitely choose Amatoossa when in Bandung.

The only shortcoming is the pool that is meant more for children than for adults.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city attractions and the popular factory outlets. The staff is helpful and friendly, making my stay an enjoyable experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were impressive.

The hotel interior design is cozy

The room hotel is too close to the street and when I stay there there is an activity whole night untill morning, so its very noisy.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice interior. Additionally, the breakfast offered had a wide selection of delicious food to choose from.

My experience at this hotel was not entirely pleasant. The staff was quite unhelpful and showed little interest in providing good service. There were also some cleanliness issues in the room, with dirty bedsheets that had not been properly cleaned. The facilities were also lacking, with poor internet connection and limited amenities available for guests. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The deluxe room is big enough for family with young children. My children love the swimming pool as it has beach sands around the pool and the small waterfall on the pool. We also like the various food on breakfast, especially the roasted duck.

The kids area is too small.

The Hotel was really good and has a professional working staff and I would like to recommend this Hotel to all my friends.Me and my wife we had a great time there and if im going to Bnadung again I will stay in this hotel for sure.

This hotel proves to be in a great location, being close to many shopping and dining options. Guests can easily access the many Factory Outlets and indulge in some retail therapy. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cozy. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make the guests feel at home. Breakfast offers a great range of options.

One minor issue that guests have faced is the bathroom's drainage system, which may cause water to collect on the floor.
